Who Stole Fortier High School?

Only the first two paragraphs and the last paragraph of this essay were written by Vaughn Morton. The remainder was lifted verbatim (but without references) from my Web site without attribution. That is plain stealing, and I'd like to know who he is and what his email address is .

The work he plagiarized can be found at: http://www.tulanelink.com/tulanelink/decision_03d.htm#lusher.

I'll post your question to the list I copied the text from and report back if I get an answer.

Best e-mail directly to the person lodging the complaint. He has not asked me to take it down yet, but I shall do so if he asks me to.

I was just reminded that this post is one I cannot verify, so I shall be taking it down in a day or two so as not infringe on anyone's intellectual property.

It's interesting to notice some blatant inaccuracies in the first two paragraphs. There are a couple of innaccuracies further down, but they are more "politically" motivated and/or slanted such as stating that the Sophie Wright school situation was a factor in Amato's "resignation". While it did play a role it was minor in comparison to other reasons such as the corruption within the school system, the missing funds, Amato's cooperation with the federal investigation.
