Dreadful Night (part2) - Alobar Greywalker: Magickal Record (aka Frater PVN, LA-BAJ-AL)
My Ever Evolving Grimoire: The Book of the Confluence of Forces
Dreadful Night (part2)
On Friday I got a late start. I waned to leave home by 5. I needed more sleep so I got out at 8. It took me 4 hours to set up instead of 1½ to 2.

I crapped all over myself. It all was contained inside my longjohn pants {GROSS}. No time to go clean myself up so I sat and worked with pants full of shit.

I worked 3 hours. Not a dime Packing up took me over 4 hours. And I left my umbrella home because it really unstabilizes me to carry it. Packing up was grueling, but not as bad as last time I worked with the umbrella.

       With all of my gear at the front gate, I bent down to pick up one of my bags. I lost my balance fell, and was unable to get up. {BUMMER, Man!}

I hailed down a passerby. He had no upper body strength. He told me he was homeless. So his diet was shit and he never used his body. He kept telling me to use my bag of hoodies as a pillow and take a nap.

I was polite, but I really thought he was being a fucktard.

       He left.

My downstairs artist neighbor, Troy, came out after 6AM. Not nearly as big as the homeless dude, but much more upper body strength. He got the chair from the courtyard, sat me down, and went to stake out his claim for his artist spot.

Jim, one of my other neighbors came out to do some early AM shopping at Rouses. Between the 2 of them, they got all my gear moved in.

When I fell, I injured myself. No bleeding. Right heel hurts to put weight on it. Right leg goes spastic & twitchy when I walk. Lots of stabbing lower back pain when I move, which makes my legs go limp.

I cleaned up my fecal disaster an went to bed.

But I could not get to bed. The stabbing pains made my legs go limp. I fell and could not get up. What I needed was acetaminophen. I could see the bottle, but could not reach it.

So I slept in a pile at the foot of my bed, then inched my way up my bed to get to the acetaminophen. This process took over 2 hours.

I took one acetaminophen Rested. Hip & lower back pain diminished greatly. I took a second acetaminophen an hour before rising. Getting out of bed had much less agony. Still weak and unstable but almost back to my normal level.

I moved the acetaminophen down to the foot of the bed in case I need more tonight.

It is ironic that rick_dayrick_day's comment here
is what induced me to not throw out my bottle of acetaminophen.

That which does not kill me makes me stronger.

Traumeel helping some but not a lot. I guess it is best for oxalate cramping, not lower back strain.
